Shipping in Greece
Για αποστολή με παράδοση 1-5 εργασιμες ημερες, η χρέωση διαμορφώνεται στα 4€ μέχρι τα 2 κιλά βάρους. Για κάθε επιπλέον κιλό, η χρέωση ανέρχεται σε 1,50 €

Αν επιλέξετε να πληρώσετε με αντικαταβολή τότε στις παραπάνω χρεώσεις θα προστεθούν 3.50 ευρώ ανεξαρτήτου προορισμού.

Regarding the receipt of your order, it would be useful to know that courier companies usually do not call before delivery.They will come to the address you provided and if they do not find you, they will leave a notice.

The charge for returning the defective product will be borne by us if the problem occurs within 14 days.
In case the product is returned in more than 14 days, the charge is borne by the customer.
Return or replacement of a product that is not due to our error or defect of the product is at the expense of the customer and only provided that the product is in perfect condition, intact in its original packaging and within 14 days from the day of purchase.
In this case the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
In case you wish to exchange the product with another product, the return costs and the costs of the new shipment are borne by you.

Refusal of Acceptance
If you place an order, it is sent to you and you refuse to receive it (through no fault of our company), you will be charged the return shipping costs which are 7 euros. Unjustified return of products (right of unjustified withdrawal)

Before sending any product please contact us first. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances. Non-receipt of an order which has been prepaid. If you have prepaid your order and for any reason it is returned to us and you do not wish to reship the refund process has a 5€ cancellation fee which will be kept from the money we are to refund you.
